Proverbs 15:3
The eyes of the Lord are in every place, Keeping watch on the evil and the good.
[personal application:] This enables God 1)to judge and reward my works, 2)to answer my prayer for anyone in any place I or they are in. Imagine that!

3 Authors to Help Us Understand God’s Omnipresence
"...God, in the totality of His existence, without diffusion or expansion, multiplication or division, penetrates and fills the universe in all its parts." – Augustus Strong, Systematic Theology, p. 279 diffusion=being spread out, not centered in one place; expansion=to make or grow bigger or wider, as by unfolding, puffing out, or spreading.
"...His infinitude in relation to His creatures. Because God is immense, He is omnipresent." – Henry Thiessen, Lectures in Systematic Theology, p. 124.
"God is everywhere (not in everything, that is pantheism.) – Charles Ryrie, A Synopsis of Bible Doctrine, Attributes of God. [The Ryrie Study Bible, p. 1935] Compare: "Infinity. = Without termination and finitude." (coming to and end, having definite limits)
Illustrations of God’s Omnipresence in Scripture.
– God’s influence manifested, or caused to be revealed.
– When Moses saw the burning bush, His presence caused Moses to have to take his sandal off and act differently because of it [Exodus 3.5ff] and later
– Joshua also before the Captain of the Lord’s Army (Pre-incarnate Jesus, probably) [Joshua 5.14] removed his foot coverings.
– Isaiah (6:1-3) , before God’s presence, heard "Holy, Holy, Holy..." then the door posts shook, and the house filled with smoke.
God can manifest, or make known, the fact of His presence, though He is not required to do this. In Ex 33.14-16 Moses felt constrained to humbly ask for God’s presence to remain.
All these are illustrations of the fact that God maintains a presence whether or not it is manifested in this world He has made.
Applications
 | Live each moment of life in the fear of God. He sees every attitude, thought, and deed of life. We cannot hide from Him nor can we cover anything done in secret. Heb 4:13 Neither is there any creature that is not manifest in his sight: but all things are naked and opened unto the eyes of him with whom we have to do. |
| Rest in the fact that God sees all the attitudes, thoughts, and deeds of others. He will bring His judgment to pass in a perfect way. There is no room for Repaying evil done to myself or those I love but others. Trust in God’s divine retribution |
| Pray with supernatural effect! If God is truly everywhere, His presence is available to help anyone I may pray for WHEREVER they are even if it is a world away. I can pray for supernatural things from God and not have to leave my home or even bedroom! |
